Community & Economic Development Associates
(CEDA) was established in 1994 by Bryan Kirby in order to offer
a broad spectrum of services to communities and non-profit organizations.
In July 2006, CEDA merged with Will Linder & Associates, Consultants,
Inc., founded in 1977, creating a consulting firm with over three
decades of experience in securing Grants and low-interest Loans
for community development and economic development projects. Our
services include pre-project development structuring of viable funding
sources, grant and application preparation and environmental assessments.
Once your project has been funded, we provide administrative and
technical assistance to help your community get your project started
and completed quickly and effectively. We specialize in State and
Federal fund sourcing and are capable of offering the best grant
writing, project development and project administrative/technical
services within the Commonwealth.
CEDA has leveraged over $1 billion in public funding
for a wide variety of community and economic development projects
which provided jobs, child care, affordable housing, water systems,
wastewater systems, community centers, downtown revitalization,
senior citizen centers, homeless shelters, family resource centers
and industrial parks. Technical assistance has been provided with
every grant and/or loan in order to assure the accurate and timely
implementation of these projects, with each of these projects being
successfully closed-out with no outstanding audit exceptions. We
take a proactive stance position in meeting the needs of our clients,
become familiar with the challenges facing each community and help
communities arrive at creative solutions to their needs. Our bottom
line? To assist cities and counties of the Commonwealth to make
their community a better place to work and live.
